If your advance was an Instant advance with a debit card, you should be able to request another advance within a few hours of the repayment processing.
For Express and Standard advances it takes 3-5 business days for our payment provider to verify your ACH payment of the advance in our bank account. Once we have confirmation from our bank directly, we automatically update your advance as paid. Our bank confirmation may be pending even though your statement shows a payment to Credit Genie.
We are unable to manually update the repayment status. The app will show once you are eligible to apply for another advance.
